good news!
i used the script "Delete AV WMI Info.vbs" from here
https://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/2031-check-the-wmi-repository-for-an-antivirus-product-that-is-not-installed
then i reboot -problem solved!
got 3 green v mark upon avastsupport.exe . so thank you
again !
