Control the System Volume at system startup.

By default, the system volume at startup is controlled by it's setting at the time you turn off the system.
Start Volume can make sure that you control that initial start up volume setting.
This program apparently does not work on windows 10.

I need to make sure that when I do my presentation that the volume level be set to 100%
Windows by default starts the volume where you last left it.
Now a restart always starts off with the volume at !00% which is the setting I chose.

So does this mean that the volume level potentially drops while you are using your computer?
If it is below 100%, what effect does this have?

It drops if I adjust the volume.

To silent the startup volume I suggest: http://auto-mute.com/?version=4.5.0.71
It's an old tool, but works smoothly on Windows 10.

Adguard extension for Edge browser has been released https://blog.adguard.com/en/adguard-for-edge/  it's working very well here, just make sure the Windows program version is uninstalled from the system first or it wont work.
