premium mobile subcription after formating device

i subscribed to annual avast mobile app. i formated my device. i installed avast back but it asks me to subscribe again. its just been days. cant see a link for me to log in and claim my active subscription. so how do i do that?

Remove the device from your account and connect it again to it.
Use your existing license.
