I was debited 49.99 dollars for Avast premium cleanup. That very minute I requested for a refund by login into a portal that had product key details etc...once the refund request was sent, I noticed the product key became faint font and the option of requesting for a refund wasn't there anymore so I guessed my request had been received. Although i didnt get a confirmation mail about my request, instead I got a "Welcome back mail". its almost 3 weeks and I haven't gotten a refund. I haven't sent another request because I read somewhere that sending multiple request is a wrong move. Its still less than a month so im being proactive in finding a solution so Avast representatives don't use that against me. I am very upset because I need the money urgently.
