Different story, what I don't know and all that. I have yet to get a blu-ray player and aside from I currently have no requirement for one, Sony were one of the players (no pun intended) that in developing it. I quite liked some of the old Sony-Erickson phones but wouldn't buy one, anything with Sony branding on it.

However the one I'm waiting on is the Samsung EK-GC100 Galaxy Camera; Android Jelly Bean 4.1, 4,8" touch screen, 1.4Ghz Quad-core CPU and 21xoptical zoom. As some reviews say it is like a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone with a proper camera function.

Looks like it will be expensive (more that your one Bob) but strangely they reckon it will be less than the Samsung Galaxy S3 phone.
The Samsung EK-GC100 Galaxy Camera will be somewhere in the region of $1500 AUD/$ 976 GBP David and the image quality is quite poor from the reviews I've read, especially for the price your paying, jeez you could have a topline camera for that price.
Update to those prices I found on the Galaxy Camera $599AUD/390.51GBP, a lot more respectable http://www.samsung.com/au/consumer/mobile-phone/galaxy-camera/galaxy-camera-fixed-lens-type/EK-GC100ZWAXSA-features

That is much more reasonable, though unless Father Christmas pays an unexpected visit it will be some time before I get one.

Anti-Virus Products Fail to Guard Against New Attacks
"Enterprise security has drawn an imaginary line with its anti-virus solutions, but the reality is that every single newly created virus subverts these solutions without challenge," Imperva CTO Amichai Shulman said in a statement. "We cannot continue to invest billions of dollars into anti-virus solutions that provide the illusion of security, especially when freeware solutions outperform paid subscriptions."
In fact, Imperva found that two free anti-virus solutions—Avast and Emsisoft—were on the short list of tested products that "provided protection" from emerging IT security threats."
Another case of FREE outperforming paid. :)

2 AV programs ???

Well, in fact 3, as EAM uses 2 engines (its own and Bitdefender). But EAM is installed as on demand scanner only. ;)

How to measure your true Internet speed
"Curious about your Internet speed?
Most Internet service providers (ISPs) offer some sort of throughput test tool on their sites —
just click, and you’ll get a couple of often-impressive numbers."

Instagram says it now has the right to sell your photos.

(And if you don't opt out of this by deleting your Instagram account by January 16, you can't opt out of it afterward.)

Hi bob3160,

If you read the article latest update they backed down from their initial standpoint because of the public outcry. Best policy always is to vote through your wallet. It is the only policy that works and commerce will listen to...
