Still the same here as stated in other thread, have pretty much followed procedures as MaxLV has (seems odd all three of us are from New Zealand)
The only other factor I can think of is that ISP caching may be the cause. I'm with Telstra Clear/Paradise cable, and their caching servers have caused problems in the past with online updating, streaming video performance, and access to certian websites, but with the error only starting with the avast update to version 5.1.889 I dont think it is an ISP problem.
