Hello, on March 27/20 I was charged 69,99CAD for DRI*AVAST Software. I did not order this. I went to the link https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/24 (advised to other users reporting the similar problem) to apply for the refund. Here is my problem with  the form to complete. I have to answer the question when did I make the purchase (1. 30 days ago or less, 2. more than 30 days ago). No option "I didn't make the purchase" to check.
And then is the question "Why are you asking for the refund" with the options to choose from, but there is no option "I did not make an order". I ask for help. Thank you.

I beieve if you raise a new ticket (form) it resets your position in the queue, so maybe hold fire on that.

Maybe follow proceedure "Contact Sales" mentioned by bob3160 in the thread above.

I have been charged a subscription fee AFTER my subscriptions were either cancelled or expired - $104.99.
I followed the steps here. No action yet. I have never used the product because it isn't listed on my subscriptions page. I don't even know what product I have paid for. Need a refund.. I have Invoice ID and Transaction #, etc. But no Order ID, as I made no order. Any help here?
