please send me your "c:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\Setup\setup.log" (compress if it's needed: zip/rar/7z), to kurtin@avast.com

run regedit.exe, do you have HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\aswMonFlt key there?
