after installing advast free version i check the subcription and it says i ave 109 days left due on the 10th of may,why i thought this was suposed to be for a year,i havent used avast in about two years why does it tell me it only good for 4 months what happened to the year subcription

There is only Register now button in the Subscription tab. When I click on this button software cannot establish connection with the server and I get a message The online content is unavailable.

don't worry you are always protected and the program will get a new free license itself 11 days after expiration

I seem to have the same problem. I am connected with my avast account but the license wont renew. I go to settings-subscription and i choose the free avast antivirus. While a new window pops up and thanks me for renewing, nothing happens.

In addition to that, i can not download the upgrade of the core program to version 18.3.2332.  My license expires today? What am i supposed to do? Does uninstalling and re-installing avast have any chance of solving the issue?

Just because the license expires today, doesn't mean the protection ends today.

The protection does NOT end. It will auto renew 10 days after the expiration.

Okay so i reached at that point that not only i cannot renew the license but protection has ended. I cannot renew my protection as i cannot renew my license. What am i supposed to do?
