Hi, I have the same issue with DRI*AVAST. And the Customer Service doesn't seem to get the issue.

I signed up for a free trial and did not intend to have it auto-renew. I tried on February to cancel the auto-renewal on your website but couldn't find the option. So I un-installed the software and thought that'd solve it.

Here's the text about the vendor '13:54 20.03.20 DRI*AVAST Software 79.99USD'. It's apparent that it's a vendor of Avast that charged the amount on my credit card. And similar issues have been reported on Avast Community here:
