I also got charged.. I attempted to refund, got the refund email, refund went through.. Then it charged me again immediately the next day... this time with no order ID, no email of purchase, nothing in the profile or anything... I even checked to make sure auto renewal was off, and it was....
At this point I'm considering a lawsuit against Avast, as this is nothing short of theft.
Not to mention the Avast software is acting more and more like a Virus malware, and the company is acting like a scam with each passing year... the constatn "Your subscription is expired or might expired" spamming me constantly is ludicrous...
