Hi I never recieved an email when I signed up for my free trial. When I try to cancel it, it takes me to a website but there it says I have no subscriptions or cards on file. I remember putting it in then i saw that it said some subscriptions may not appear here. I go back to the desktop app and theres no way to cancel it in there. The only available info I have is "Subscription: ***************

You do not seem to have a trial subscription under the email address you provided, but there seems to be one under hotmail.com
