I'm afraid that the auto-renewal for the license number you quoted has already been processed today, so I have instead notified our distributor to refund the payment for you. They will arrange this transaction and notify you in due course.
Please be aware, it may take between 5 to 7 business days to complete the refund process, and to have the funds back in your account.

Hi, I've also been trying to cancel my Avast Cleanup Pro Subscription and it hasn't been working. I never got an order confirmation email from Avast after the free trial was activated, so I'm unable to find my Order ID and Password too. Honestly, it's been a struggle to cancel the autorenewal and after hours of being on this forum, I think this is the only way to do it.

Hello,
We've canceled your subscription for Avast Premium Security as per your request. I can also confirm that the renewal of Avast Cleanup Premium was canceled and will be refunded.
The date of expiration and the date of charge for the renewal are not the same as the charge usually happens several days prior to license expiration. To avoid being charged you can cancel the subscription as this will only stop the upcoming charge from happening while the license will be valid until the expiration date.
The date of the next charge is available in the subscription menu in the product itself as well as Avast order portal and Avast account.
To cancel your subscription you can use the Avast customer portal: https://www.avast.com/find-order
If you register with the same email address as you have used for activating the trial you can also use your Avast account from the website https://subscriptions.avast.com/ to cancel your subscription.
Last option is to contact Avast support where they can cancel your subscription as well: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/enter

I have double-checked this and I made a mistake here. In this case, the expiration date of the trial was 19th February and not 21st February. The expiration date of the trial was written in the email sent by Digital River after the first activation of the 60 days trial license.
I've also checked how the trials are charged and the renewal is charged on the day of expiration so the info I have provided in the previous message wasn't correct and I am sorry about this.
Subscription of Avast Premium Security was canceled and charge for Avast Cleanup Premium will still be refunded as stated in previous message.

Hi, thank you very much for your reply! It has been changed and shows 9th now but it is written that the renewal date is 9th and nothing about expiry date. On my Avast Premium I have the expiry date written. Excuse me but just haven't been in a similar situation before and am a bit confused. Hopefully it is all good and it won't be renewed on the 9th.

On my Avast Premium I have the expiry date written. Excuse me but just haven't been in a similar situation before and am a bit confused. Hopefully it is all good and it won't be renewed on the 9th.

Ok, when it comes to the communication in the UI, I think there is a different version of it in your Avast Premium which is capable of displaying more granular information than the UI in Avast Cleanup and therefore you see a slightly different information there.
Anyway I just double checked the license you sent me: WDDEFE-Y87962-58L9E6 and the subscription for this license has been cancelled for sure so you won't be charged for this one.

When you say "a couple of days ago" are you referring to the 2nd of August 2021? On this date, at the time you received the notification of the auto-renewal subscription attempt, the subscription itself was still valid. Your subscription was cancelled at a time after you received this notification.

I also wonder why it doesn't show my current subscription in the first place!

Your first link works for me using a windows10 laptop.
Given the error message you gave ''Galaxy 404'' was this on a Galaxy mobile device, phone or tablet ?
If so are able to connect using a Windows PC/Laptop (and does that work) ?

I am using a Mac computer and using Chrome as my browser.
Again, I clicked on the support center URL in question from the email I received at the time of purchase, and the support center screen came up with no problem!
Sorry for the trouble.
I don't know why I couldn't get through to the support center during the daytime Japan time.
I've solved the problem, so I'm fine.
