Cancel Avast Cleanup free trial and auto subscription

Hi I never recieved an email when I signed up for my free trial. When I try to cancel it, it takes me to a website but there it says I have no subscriptions or cards on file.
I wish to cancel my free trial and auto subscription for Avast Cleanup, subscription: ZTW2JX-SCBQZ2-5U4EDJ

If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.

I chose the 60 day trial and provided my PayPal details. But I no longer have access to the email address on which I received the avast order number. So I can't manage the subscription or cancel it. How to do ?

i submited to false positive form long back still avast is not cleared please do needfull what i have to do
