Cancel Avast Cleanup free trial and auto subscription

Hi I never recieved an email when I signed up for my free trial. When I try to cancel it, it takes me to a website but there it says I have no subscriptions or cards on file.

Request help from Avast. https://support.avast.com/en-us/contact
If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.

Hi, I need my free Avast Disk Cleanup trial cancelled. The subscription ID is 6FNKHK-MR5UV2-4MCFGE.
Frankly it seems a little malicious to not have the option to do this on our own accounts.

Hi, you can actually cancel a subscription via your Avast Account, the steps are described here: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/account-unsubscribe/
That said, some customers purchased their subscription using an email address different from the one used for their Avast Account. That means that their subscription may not be visible in the account. If that's the case for you, please contact support via https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_autorenewal?c=true

I wish to cancel any and all subscriptions or accounts as they are not needed. I did not renew the subscriptions , but twice now you have tried to take a subscription fee out of my credit card or bank account to which you do not have access. I would like a phone number where I can call to speak in person to someone, as this support site is way too complicated and I still don't know if you are following through on my request to cancel, and to cease making attempts to charge me.
