Cancel Avast Cleanup free trial and auto subscription

Hi I never recieved an email when I signed up for my free trial. When I try to cancel it, it takes me to a website but there it says I have no subscriptions or cards on file.

Request help from Avast. https://support.avast.com/en-us/contact
If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.

I chose the 60 day trial and provided my PayPal details. But I no longer have access to the email address on which I received the avast order number. So I can't manage the subscription or cancel it. How to do ?

Hi, I need my free Avast Disk Cleanup trial cancelled. The subscription ID is 6FNKHK-MR5UV2-4MCFGE.
Frankly it seems a little malicious to not have the option to do this on our own accounts.
