URGENT - Charged for DRi*Avast Software and Need to Cancel

My card was charged 42,99 EUR and 62,99 EUR for DRi*Avast even if i didn't order something.

Did you go for a 30 day trial of an Avast Program  ?
If so did you fill in your payment information  ?

If so after 30 days that payment will be processed, unless you have cancelled the trial and auto payment mandate.

Otherwise how would Avast get your details to collect the payment !

Hi i got charged a $109 payment for a dri avast software payment that i did not purchase. All free trials have auto rewnew off or have expired. Only paid for product is $20 a year and renews on November. I gussed the dri part was short for drive. I actually uninstalled avast driver updater yesterday, and even if that was the charge, its only $25 a year.. i want my money back. Why would you guys charge this excessive fee over nothing. I did not make this purchase.

The DRI*AVAST Software is the payment handling function and not relating to your Drive.

Most likely due to an auto renewal that wasn't cancelled.

If you had a recurring renewal subscription you would have had to cancel that or it would automatically renew.
